By offering multiple amp options for electric hookups, Rolling by the Dozen RV Park caters to a wide range of RVs, including those with pop-outs and awnings. Whether you need an RV site for a 44-foot King Air Motorcoach or a pop-up travel trailer, our versatility makes the park accessible to RV and camping enthusiasts of all types.
We do require photos of RVs older than 20 years be sent to management for approval prior to reserving a monthly or longterm site.

Beat the Texas heat – Rolling by the Dozen RV Park is one of the only parks in the area that offers covered sites for RVs, campers, and trailers! Our covers are 45 ft long, 15 ft wide and slope 14-15 ft high. Protect your RV from the elements and enjoy the shade from the heat. These spaces fill up fast, so book your site today!
Well Behaved Pets Allowed
Are pets allowed at Rolling by the Dozen RV Park?
Many of our RV guests travel with their four-legged friends. At Rolling by the Dozen, we welcome well-behaved pets and have a dog park where your dog can run and play with freedom. We do ask everyone to keep their dog on a leash, when not in the dog park and to be respectful of our human park guests.

Rolling by the Dozen RV Park near College Station, Texas, welcomes families with children. Our RV park has a playground, a rec room and a catch-and-release fishing pond. We ask that children be accompanied by adults in all buildings and that all our guests respect neighbors’ space and comply with our park quiet hours.
