We do require photos of RVs older than 20 years be sent to management for approval prior to reserving a monthly or longterm site.

Covered Spaces: Beat the summer heat – Rolling by the Dozen RV Park is one of the only parks in the area that offers covered sites for RVs, campers, and trailers! Our covers are 45 ft long, 15 ft wide and slope 14-15 ft high. Protect your RV from the elements and enjoy the shade from the Texas heat. These spaces fill up fast, so book your site today!
Well Behaved Pets Allowed
Are pets allowed at Rolling by the Dozen RV Park?
Many of our RV guests travel with their four-legged friends. At Rolling by the Dozen, we welcome well-behaved pets and have built a special dog park where your dog can run and play with freedom. We do ask everyone to keep their dog on a leash when not in the dog park and to be respectful of our human park guests. We do not accept pit bulls or pit bull mixes due to insurance liability, but all other dog breeds are welcome. Indoor cats, fish or reptiles are welcome as well.

As a large family, we believe in kid-friendly RV parks. Our RV park has a playground, a rec room and a catch-and-release fishing pond. We ask that children be accompanied by adults in all buildings and that all our guests respect neighbors’ space and comply with our park quiet hours.

Rolling by the Dozen RV Park welcomes Retirees! At least 1/4 of our park is filled with retired singles or couples who enjoy sitting by the pond, strolling the park, visiting neighbors, playing card games and dominoes in the rec room, or grilling under our big beautiful oak trees.
